Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your pre operative fitness and creating a personalised programme to fit your unique needs, skills, goals and timeframe. All further sessions will continue to evolve based on your physical response to training.

Each session will build on the last and use your feedback to keep moving you forwards. Within that we will also ensure enough recovery to ensure we do not push you too far too fast. We will be involved in every element of your training week to ensure cohesion.

Since recovering from a hysterectomy is more than just exercise, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, mobility, nutrition and anything else we consider helpful for you specifically.

This programme is 12 weeks for a reason and that because I want the best for you. 12 weeks is a research based time frame which gets you from early recovery (approx week 6) to the point where you should be able to start any sport or gym based training at a level where you won’t need to hold back. However I understand that cost is a barrier for some. For those I recommend the 6 week online programme and 2-3 1:1 sessions where I can construct a programme for you to follow specifically related to your sport.

If you feel you want more training after 12 weeks then please discuss this. I can sometimes accommodate longer training phases, but it will depend on my availability.

I charge the Hysterectomy programme in 5 hour blocks. This is because some people progress from 30 minutes to 60 minutes faster than others and it allows us to flex quickly. A 5 hour block is £425. This is a discounted package rate as we account for a 12 week commitment.

Yes, you absolutely can. In fact I train many people online from all around the world. You will need a decent device or to mirror your phone to a TV, as well as enough space to be seen top to bottom and move around. Some basic equipment helps but I can work with what you have and advise on anything additional which would be helpful for your specific goal.
